Hibabox kiosk

Hibabox, is a multi-feature kiosk, specifically built for the mosques and Islamic centers, enabling them to run customized campaigns, pledges, fundraising events, programs and accept donations quickly and simply via debit or credit card (Chip & Pin/ Contactless) and other NFC enable payment providers (Applepay/Googlepay etc). With Hibabox, a donor can simply select which pledge to pay from multiple running campaigns by your mosque via a touch screen kiosk. Alhamdullilah, Mosques are now able to collect not just the donation but also Zakat, Fitrah, Eid Qurbani collection, other pledges and bespoke fundraising appeals quickly and securely at the same time, using Hibabox.

Safe and secure method of payment

When a donor makes a donation or a pledge, one can be assure that his donation will be safe to reach mosque bank account, eliminating leakage. Funds are processed and held in Client account by Sumup who act as a payment processor. Funds are transferred to the mosque account within 2-3 days. All major card payments are accepted with highest security and certification standards from the payment processor:

Transaction reports for donations

Masjid is now able to see live activity of all incoming donations onto their Hibabox dashboard allowing the administrator to manage and plan disbursements more effectively with minimum effort. Donors will feel safe while donating to your organisations. These transactions reports can easily be downloaded or shared via email.

Easy import and export of data

Mosque can export all donations collected, in a simplified and meaningful summary to excel format. Mosque will be able to export donation data to QuickBooks and Xero (coming soon)

Programs and registrations

Hibabox allows Masajids to run their mosque programs such as Quran classes, Hifz Classes, hajj group gatherings or seminars on the life of Prophet (PBUH) onto Hibabox kiosk allowinging the user to register or book seat for a program without seeing a mosque admin. It enables Masjid Admin to manage programs and create new programs for the Mosque (Both free and paid). Once event campaign is created, you community can register programs online, through Kiosk or mosque website Hibabox widget.
