Hibabox Pro is a Stripe donation kiosk for charities and places of worship. It pairs a guided, self-service giving experience with Stripe Terminal's in-person payment technology, so donors can give with supported debit and credit cards, contactless, mobile wallets or Chip & PIN.
One-time donations on Hibabox Pro are taken securely at the kiosk through a Stripe Terminal card reader, supporting contactless cards, mobile wallets and Chip & PIN. Payment methods and availability may vary by Stripe account, reader configuration and country.
How it works

Choose
The donor selects a campaign and an amount on the touchscreen.

Tap or insert
They tap a card or phone, or insert a card and enter their PIN, on the Stripe reader.

Confirm
The kiosk confirms the donation and offers Gift Aid and an email receipt.

Record
The donation appears in your Hibabox dashboard and your Stripe account.
Secure in-person payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe Terminal, a recognised in-person payment platform.
Offline payment support
Accept supported offline payments when Wi-Fi is weak or down; they are processed when the connection returns.
Contactless & mobile wallets
Donors can tap a contactless card or a phone or watch with a supported mobile wallet.
Chip & PIN
Larger donations can be completed with Chip & PIN on the same reader.
Digital records
Every donation is recorded against its campaign, ready for reporting.
